How to Forward an Email as an Attachment in Outlook

For Outlook 2010-2019 and Outlook for Office 365

• Select the Home tab, and then the email you want to forward
  • To forward multiple emails, hold the Ctrl key and select each email that you want to attach
• In the Home tab there is a Respond group, select More Actions (or for Outlook 2010 select More)
• Select Forward as Attachment
• You can now send the email to the recipient and optionally add a message

• Select New Message
• In the Inbox pane, drag the email that you want to send as an attachment to the new message 
• In the new message window a Drop Messages Here box appears, drop your selected emails into this space
• You can now send the email to the recipient and optionally add a message
