There a several ways of opening a support ticket:
1. Send an email to email@example.com describing your issue.
2. Go to https://support.eworx.com and click the "Submit a Request" link in the top right corner.
3. Call (907) 562-8507. During regular business hours someone will open a ticket for you in our ticketing system. If you are calling after hours and it is an emergency press option 7 to be connected to one of our on-call technicians.
