There a several ways of opening a support ticket:
1. Send an email to support@eworx.com describing your issue.
2. Go to https://support.eworx.com and click the "Submit a Request" link in the top right corner.
3. Call (907) 562-8501 and someone will open a ticket for you in our ticketing system.
For the fastest service please refrain from emailing or texting a member of our support team directly.
